This property, which has been restored in 2010 for a Dutch client, is the classic Ligurian country house located on the edge of a natural terrace. over the Mediterranean Sea.

The poetry of the building has been maintained even after the necessary renovations that have maintained the original colours and the setting of the dry stone walls that have become the link between the exterior and the interior of the house.

Everything has been finished in a sober and linear way in contrast with the strong emotional and solar impact of the luxuriant nature that surrounds this small conglomeration of factories naturally grown over the years. The project is an example of how maintaining a simple and peasant architecture can enhance the cultural salient features of the territory and how these can become a bridge between past, present and future.
